What actually adds Strength
Four inputs move the total, and only one of them is free at every stage.
| Input | What it does | Cost | Where it comes from |
|---|---|---|---|
| Weight tier | The multiplier on every lift you take | Cash from 0 to 25,000 | Weight stations on the lobby floor |
| Daily and timed rewards | Straight Strength grants and short buffs | Free | Rewards panel |
| Strength multiplier products | A permanent multiplier on every lift | 3 to 799 Robux | Shop |
| Training-time and instant packs | A block of Strength delivered at once | 15 to 999 Robux | Shop and the post-death pop-up |
[!NOTE] The lift button shows a running multiplier that changed between 1.6x and 22.7x on one account as its Strength grew, but no checked source explains how the game calculates that number. Do not plan around it; plan around the weight tier, which the game prints on the floor.
Step 1: Claim the free Strength before you train
The daily rewards panel is the fastest free Strength in the game.
- Open the rewards panel from the left side of the screen.
- Claim
Day 1, which grants +100 Strength on the spot. In the checked recording the player's total moved from 71 to 171 the moment it was claimed. - Watch the slot marked Day 7 as your streak grows. Two checked recordings disagree on what Day 7 holds: one shows a golden weight item, the other shows a
2X 30Mlabel. Read the reward from the panel in your own server. - Check the Timed Rewards panel next to it. Its 12 slots unlock with time spent online, and one claimed slot in the recorded session granted a 5-minute 2x Cash and 2x Strength buff.
Pro Tip: A
2x Strengthproduct sits at 3 Robux, the lowest price in the store. If you were going to spend anything at all, this is the cheapest permanent multiplier on the ladder.
Step 2: Train at the station your Strength already unlocks
Strength only moves while you are in the game, so the free route is a loop between your current station and the Cash Zone.
- Walk up to a weight station. The prompt reads
Walk up to a weight to equip it, and a successful unlock showsYou unlocked a new weight!. - Check both requirements on the floor marker before walking over. Every tier after the default needs a Strength floor and a Cash price.
- Equip the highest tier you have unlocked and keep lifting. Each rep adds a small amount to your total, shown above your head.
- Stay inside the Cash Zone whenever you are not lifting, so the next tier's price is already paid when its floor arrives.
| Tier | Weight | Strength floor | Cash price |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Weight [1kg] | 0 | 0 |
| 2 | Weight [3kg] | 100 | 50 |
| 3 | Weight [10kg] | 500 | 250 |
| 4 | Weight [1,500 Strength] | 1,500 | 500 |
| 5 | Weight [3,500 Strength] | 3,500 | 1,000 |
| 6 | Weight [10,000 Strength] | 10,000 | 2,500 |
| 7 | Weight [50,000 Strength] | 50,000 | 5,000 |
| 8 | Weight [250,000 Strength] | 250,000 | 25,000 |
Strength Stops Climbing
Three things stop the number from moving, and the fix is different for each.
- You are not lifting. Strength does not accumulate while you are offline or idle outside the lift station. Take the reps yourself, or buy a training-time pack.
- You bought a glove instead of a weight. Gloves change punch damage and knockback. They do not raise your Strength per lift, so the next weight has to wait.
- You are training at an old station. Walk the floor and find the highest marker you have unlocked. The tier you leave equipped is the tier that sets your rate.
Step 3: Compare the paid Strength routes before you spend
Two ladders are on sale, and they are not priced the same way. Multipliers are permanent; the packs are one-off deliveries.
Permanent lift multipliers
| Product | Price | Cost per 1x of multiplier |
|---|---|---|
| 2x Strength | 3 Robux | 1.5 Robux |
| 4x Strength | 29 Robux | 7.3 Robux |
| 8x Strength | 99 Robux | 12.4 Robux |
| 16x Strength | 199 Robux | 12.4 Robux |
| 32x Strength | 399 Robux | 12.5 Robux |
| 64x Strength | 799 Robux | 12.5 Robux |
Derived arithmetic from the store's listed prices, not a stated in-game figure.
Training-time packs
| Pack | Price | Robux per hour of training it pays for |
|---|---|---|
| 1 hour | 15 Robux | 15.0 |
| 3 hours | 50 Robux | 16.7 |
| 9 hours | 149 Robux | 16.6 |
| 24 hours | 249 Robux | 10.4 |
| 3 days | 599 Robux | 8.3 |
| 7 days | 999 Robux | 5.9 |
Derived arithmetic from the store's listed prices. The packs deliver the Strength you would have trained in that time, so the Robux-per-hour figure holds at any Strength level. The 3-day and 7-day items state this in their own description.
Instant Strength packs
| Pack | Price | Robux per 1,000 Strength |
|---|---|---|
| +1,000 Strength | 15 Robux | 15.0 |
| +10,000 Strength | 49 Robux | 4.9 |
| +100,000 Strength | 149 Robux | 1.5 |
| +1,000,000 Strength | 249 Robux | 0.25 |
Derived arithmetic from the store's listed prices.
The arithmetic makes two things visible. The long time packs are far cheaper per hour than the short ones, and the fixed Strength injections get cheaper per point as they get larger, which is the opposite of the multiplier ladder. If your budget is small, a permanent multiplier pays on every future lift and an instant pack pays once.
[!WARNING] The game pushes a training-time purchase pop-up the moment you are knocked out in the arena. It is the same product list you can open yourself, so read the price before tapping anything.
Where to go next
Once the next tier's floor is met, your bottleneck is usually Cash. Open Make Cash climb faster for the routes by Cash per minute, or Work out what the next weight still needs for the exact gap. If you are deciding whether to spend at all, What is worth buying with Robux lists every gamepass and product with its current price.
